KNAUF SPGLASS EXTERIOR BOARD GLASS MAT

With the launch of the SPGLASS® exterior board, Knauf offers superior performance solutions that enhance thermal conditions (EIFS) and achieve greater energy efficiency in new and rehabilitated constructions. The SPGLASS® exterior boards are manufactured entirely by Knauf at its Mendoza plant, following international quality standards, thus ensuring continuous marketing, with permanent stock in the factory.

ADVANTAGES OF BUILDING WITH SPGLASS

SPGLASS® is the ideal substrate for facades with EIFS system and semi-covered surfaces such as eaves, balcony ceilings, and others. SPGLASS® has great dimensional stability, ensuring resistance to deformation, warping, and delamination, with lasting properties. SPGLASS® is highly resistant to water absorption ≤ 10%. SPGLASS®, with its glass fiber veil, an inorganic and antimicrobial material, prevents the formation of mold and fungi. SPGLASS® has very high fire resistance, providing safety in constructions against fires. It is NON-COMBUSTIBLE RE1 (according to tests carried out at INTI, IRAM standard 11.910).
